We Have Movement!!

Yeah baby!!! So about a week ago I was propped up but laying on the couch with Kurt watching TV. Suddenly I felt this wierd thing happen in my stomach. It was faint but felt like someone was drumming their fingers on the inside of my tummy! I sat there for a long 5 minutes with a perplexed look on my face. Kurt finally asked what was up and I told him that I thought the baby kicked! He couldn't believe it! It was a great moment and I'm so glad we were both there for that first kick.

Every few days since then I have felt some sort of movement. Even though the feeling is somewhat similar to having gas, it is uniquely different in the best way possible! All the "action" has pretty much happened on the lower right side of my abs (or what used to be my abs). I love feeling this little baby move! It is so reassuring to know that he or she is growing and getting bigger. Kurt and I can't wait until we find out what it is on March 9th!!
